Carly Hirschberg
CARLY HIRSCHBERG has a college background in theater and interned and worked summers for a professional summer Shakespeare Company. She began her NY professional theatre career about 2 1/2 years ago with the Mary Poppins wardrobe department under the supervision of Helen Toth, as a dayworker and swing dresser, and have been dressing the Mary Poppins track since Laura Michelle Kelly joined the Broadway Company 2 years ago. Previous to her Broadway theatrical career, she was a Print Color Stylist for a home interiors textile design firm. After that business went through financial reorganization, she worked for about a year and a half as a temp (mostly administrative work) while continuing to design costumes, stage manage and perform theater for off off off Broadway theaters and festivals. At this time she also applied to join IATSE Local 764 Theatrical Wardrobe Union. Mary Poppins is her first Broadway production Bio as of November, 2011.
